Faircross Care Home London
The motivated staff are all highly trained and provide both personal and nursing care. Faircross provides a healthy and varied diet. The cook is aware of all resident's preferences and any dietary requirements. Residents are able to request hot meals at any time.
We are specifically designed to provide high-quality residential care to older people, including those individuals living with dementia.
We also recognise that during old age, life can become increasingly difficult due to a gradual decline in health, mobility or with the onset of dementia. This can hamper the ability to find services, support or information around homes that can provide appropriate care for their age and can lead them to search for services such as nursing care which may actually be inappropriate for their needs, adding further confusion.
Faircross has a person-centred medication process, whereby medication is kept in safes in residents’ rooms, ready for staff to administer.
Every individual who comes to live at Faircross Care Home is valued
and treated with the respect and dignity according to their individual needs and wishes.
Our recruitment is based on equal opportunity. We have staff of various background and we provide regular on-going support and training for our staff in order to provide a high-quality service at all times.
Faircross is here to support all residents with the challenges of everyday life such as domestic duties, shopping and cleaning, and we also provide companionship and friendship to all our residents.
We will ensure that anyone who comes to live with us will be at the heart of everything we do. We strive to enhance people’s quality of life, by providing an excellent standard of support, which embraces our person-centred care framework
Faircross Care Home are committed to valuing each and every individual that lives in our care homes and welcome residents from all walks of life with many different needs, who enjoy the opportunity to share and celebrate the richness and diversity of their experiences.

Companionship
All our carers are pleasant, and we offer a friendly care service, which includes companionship, emotional support and escorting to activities, such as shopping, day centres etc…
RESPITE CARE
For those looking for a short term or temporary stay within a care home, New Care offers respite care support, subject to availability.
ENQUIRE NOW
Our activities team or carers are great at building the activities programme around the likes and interests of the people we care for.
Ensuring that our social events offer fun and adventure is part of the ethos of our Care home; it’s important that those we support can enjoy an active and social lifestyle. Of course, there will always be those who prefer peace and quiet, and in these instances, a cup of tea and a chat are always welcomed.
